When he turned on the radio he was shocked how much clearer the signal came in. He went out the next day and bought a sound recorder. He could hear words but he was unable to understand them. He tried to fine tune it as best as possible but he was barely able to make out what was being said. Several days went by digging through static and he had nothing to show for it, until the day he finally heard something. He would pick one precise frequency at a time and scan the entire range for any activity. He would spend hours a day scanning for stations and hoping he could find something out there that would make his purchase worthwhile. He had hoped to find an active military station or one that was set up on a constant loop broadcasting Soviet-era information or war propaganda. His wife thought it was a worthless piece of crap but the husband being a huge history buff thought it was a wise investment. However, i agree.One day a man came home from the flea-market with a highly sensitive military grade frequency radio. I'm not trying that, and somthing deep down tells me thats not true at all. By performing this action, you will see your death screen on your screen for a few seconds and get returned to the previous saved spot, that's right you get nothing. Any of the explosive weapons will do, just throw it inside the station cargo and get inside with it. So you'll have to find explosives to break up this station, which will calm his anger as the result.
It's not described in-game, but the courier gets angry so much that he could kill himself. But it still seems not working, and it actually is not fully working. Press the 'use' key at the radio and it will find its own frequency. As I mentioned, this is an unmarked quest so it doesn't guide you. After pressing ctrl 100 times, the radio 'seems' to be installed. after getting the chainsaw, throw it away in front of the prospector saloon, get back to radio station and remove all your clothes and rapidly press Ctrl 100 times until the radio gets installed. He will try to kill you but he loves the player from the very deep inside of his heart. You need to go to vault 3 and get a chainsaw from a nice guy called motor-runner.
